3. What is bad about zoos?

The enclosures are small for animals compared to the wild. Even though zoos make the enclosure big as much as they can, still it is unable to make like a wild habitat. Animals might run away from zoos by breaking the cages and this is dangerous for both animals and human. At cincinnati zoo, a boy fell into a gorilla's cage. The gorilla grabed the boy and ran around the cage and shot the gorilla to save the boy. In this case, the gorilla was just surprised or might tried to rescue the boy and the boy was just looking at the gorilla. Not only for animals but also for humans, zoos can be bad.

4. Are animals comfortable staying in zoozs?

Because the environment in zoos are not like the wild, it is stressful to live at zoos for animals. Animals repete the same movement when they feel stress; for example cheetah is pacing back and forth in zoo. Wild elephants live in a group and walk for miles a day but in zoos, they cannot walk that much and usually staying in one or two for one enclosure. As a result, elephants in zoos live about 16-18 years while the wild elephants live about 50-70 years.
