Question 7

When did animals start being threatened by human beings?

I couldn't find many answers to this, but I found out the reasons why animals started to become in danger. The first reason is the destruction of their habitats. Human beings cut down forests and build homes, roads and other developments. So maybe it can be said that when human beings started to advance in their technology, the countdown of destruction began for animals. Another reason is because of pollution. Oil spills, acid rain and water pollution have been devastating for many species of fish and birds. All of these come from human beings, and because of such things, many animals have become extinct. Hunting and fishing too many of one specimen for selling is another major reason. Poachers hunt endangered animals because they want to sell them with a high price. This is another selfish act of human beings.
